How returns work
- 1. Email us with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- 2. We send a return label and address the same day.
- 3. Once it's scanned by the carrier, we refund in full — you don't wait for it to land back with us.
Damaged or faulty
If it arrives damaged or stops reading correctly inside the warranty window, send a photo and we'll ship a replacement without asking for the old one back first.
