We got tired of guessing

CookFest started with a very ordinary frustration: a chicken cut open on the board to check it, juices everywhere, and still no real certainty. Cooking meat well isn't a talent — it's a temperature.

So we set out to make the simplest possible tool that gives you that number instantly, in a form that survives a real kitchen: a folding stainless probe that tucks away safely, a backlit screen you can read at dusk, and a wide -50°C to 300°C range that covers everything from freezer checks to hot oil.

We sell one product because that's what we can stand behind. Every unit is tested against a reference bath before it ships, and if it ever stops reading true, we'll replace it.
