Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time Once your order has been processed, please allow 8–15 business days for delivery. Our products are shipped from overseas, so please account for international transit times.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order's journey.

Delays Occasionally, shipping may take longer due to customs clearance, public holidays, or high-demand periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
